I am a baker of Traditional European Sourdough bread & Authentic Jewish Bagels and Bialys. I use an Alan Scott designed wood fired oven to bake my breads.
My husband and I moved from New Jersey and rebuilt the BakeHouse and our Alan Scott oven in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We do business at the Las Cruces Farmers' & Crafters' Market every Saturday.
The Apple Pecan Sourdough won the hearts of the Judges at the Western Pecan Growers Association! I even have a Pecan Grower wanting to barter his Pecans for Bread - now THAT sounds like a tasty deal!
